1. About Bila Hasara

Bila Hasara is a subscription-based business management application that helps business owners keep digital records of sales, expenses, inventory, profits, losses, customers, suppliers, and other business activities instead of using traditional paper records or exercise books.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or using Bila Hasara, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Subscription Services

Some features of Bila Hasara require an active subscription.

Subscription fees are displayed before payment.

Your subscription may be renewed automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension of premium features.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service.

6. Data Accuracy

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the records entered into the system.

Bila Hasara is not responsible for business losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information entered by users.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, content, and intellectual property related to Bila Hasara remain the property of Bila Hasara and its licensors.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may occasionally affect access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bila Hasara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
